Steel flange factory

Shanxi Guanli steel flange factory covers an area of 210,000m², with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.

The factory produces flanges that meet national standards, and also produces flanges and forgings with nominal diameter of DN15-DN4000, meeting international standards such as German, French, British, Italian, Canadian and Japanese standards. Maximum diameter of hubbed flange can reach DN2500mm, and maximum diameter of plate flange and lap joint flange can reach DN4000mm.

There are 213 sets of equipment in the factory, including 20 sets of modern forging equipment, 150 high precision machine tools, floor-type lathes, drills, vertical lathes and other machining equipment, 3 electrical heating furnaces, 6 heat treatment furnaces, 3 PMI detection equipment, tensile machines, impact testers, hardness testers, metallographic analyzers, digital UT flaw detectors, etc.

Regarding quality management, the factory has a comprehensive quality control and detection system. All raw materials are rechecked before being used, there are properly defined quality control points and exclusive surveyors for each and every process. The factory strictly adheres to the quality tenet of "next work procedure is the customer of previous work procedure" and conducts complete PMI detection for alloy steel and stainless steel before product warehousing.

Leveraging its strict quality assurance system and strong technical teams, the factory manufactures over 70 types of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel flanges and forgings, and has developed advanced special steel processing technology. The factory’s A182-F53 duplex stainless steel, 5A06, 5083 aluminum alloy, nickel base alloy, hastelloy and other materials’ processing level matches advanced levels in the industry, and products have comprehensively filled the gap in Shanxi Province’s industry.
